I’m pretty sure I became a designer thanks to too much unsupervised computer time and an imagination twice my size.

 

But honestly, no one is shocked because nothing made little me light up more than a fun billboard or a well-designed menu - designer canon events. I was also the #1 proponent of using sketchy Tumblr code because, to 7th grade me, a custom visual identity was obviously worth the risk of hackers.

 

I’m obsessed with color, shape, mood and why they make us feel something (click for some of my earliest explorations of color and mood..yes, it's cookie art). My process blends strategy and intention - a mixture rooted in human need, data, psychology, and intuition. To me, good design solves problems and makes you feel why it works. I design like I know exactly the person it’s meant for.
